I was almost going to give a good review until i realized the shower pressure was embarrassingly weak and we barely had hot water. The service at the sunset grille was shocking. Our mains came out too fast and cold. I expected at least a complimentary drink for the trouble, but no one even noticed. Very disappointing.

We had a really bad experience with the quality of the room - leaking ceiling, poorly cleaned, etc. The staff handled it poorly and it was very frustrating. Eventually we got moved to a new room, right as we were leaving, so we didn't get to enjoy it. The new room was of much higher quality. The quality is too different here to justify the high rates they charge. They did compensate us for our troubles, but I'd rather just have a nice, worry-free vacation.

Charming hotel in a nice location, has spectacular views of the bay. The staff are very amiable, the rooms are beautifully maintained and recently refurbished. The services are excellent, including a very clean pool. Thanks God, high-speed internet access was ok, you can use it in the rooms. They have a lovely restaurant, that was a definite bonus. This is a venue go-to for Nazareth!

The beachfront one-bedroom king suite was perfect, with a fine view. The resort was super clean, especially giselle. We loved snorkeling right off the beach and seeing the sea turtles!

Location location location. Beautiful little beach. I hope they don't ruin it.
My wife and I have stayed here twice before. Unfortunately the bar and restaurant changed hands and the menu was limited and pricing expensive. They seem to want the cruise ship peoplae rather than the guests. The old restaurant and bar was charming, mature and one of a kind. The new place is like walking into a Marriott. No character. We stayed in room 334 and it was very dated. The beach was overrun with cruise ship people and they did not have enough beach attendants. Unfortunately I had more than one confrontation with people taking our chairs and harrassing the iguanas on the beach. Management never showed their face or checked in with the guests.

The hotel has well-appointed and well-equipped rooms complete with a full kitchen, the gorgeous sunsets plus dishwasher.

clean sandy beachfront, beautiful landscaping, superb snorkeling opportunities
Some rooms dated, confusing access with lots of stairs!!! Limited food options, broken shower heads, lukewarm hot tub!!! Poor water pressure can ruin a refreshing shower experience!!!

The view, the view, the fabulous view. Great beach and snorkeling. Peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Close to shops, yet delightfully secluded. Ideal for both couples and families.
Although it's a laid-back island lifestyle, and this is great, the housekeeping and front desk staff could have been a little more attentive. Beach towels not readily available, staff showed up late to clean room. Beach wasn't always cleaned overnight. For the amount Secret Harbour charges, these small details should be attended to invisibly.

Exactly what I think, no more, no less
Fantastic location with fine views! I loved the clean, sandy beachfront perfect for snorkeling. The rooms are spacious, and the staff at the restaurant provided excellent service and delicious food. A true tropical oasis waiting to be revisited! Can't get over the gorgeous sunsets we enjoyed every evening!

beautiful views but outdated room
The views from the beachfront one-bedroom king suite were amazing, especially during sunsets! The beach was clean and well-maintained, with soft sand perfect for lounging. The calm waters, where I marveled at the vibrant sea life just off the shore.
Unfortunately, the room decor felt outdated and could use some refreshing updates.
